Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Country Club Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and would be an excellent opportunity for a recent or upcoming college graduate to learn the country club business. The Assistant Manager will oversee food service operations, manage food and beverage offerings, provide exceptional customer service, conduct staff training, and oversee budgeting for the department.
Qualifications
- Food Service and Food & Beverage management skills
- Strong background in Customer Service
- Experience in Training staff members
- Proficiency in Budgeting for restaurant operations
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
